This is to inform you that iMAL 13.x will reach its End of Life (EOL) on June 30, 2027. To ensure a seamless transition, we are committed to working closely with our customers on the upgrade process.

Why is this change happening?

As part of our continuous innovation, security, and performance improvements, we are shifting our focus to newer, more advanced versions of our products. The technology behind iMAL 13.x is now outdated and continuing to maintain it would limit our ability to provide the best possible solutions.

How does this affect our customers?

  • No Product Updates after June 30, 2027 – iMAL 13.x will no longer receive updates, security patches, or bug fixes. Using this version beyond this date may expose your systems to security and compliance risks.
  • End of Support – Our support team will no longer be able to assist with issues related to iMAL 13.x after June 30, 2027.
  • Expiry date of AMCs – The expiry date for all 13.x AMCs will be June 30, 2027.

We encourage customers to transition to Azentio’s iMAL 14.7, the latest web-based, feature-rich solution designed to support digital transformation, enhance security, and offer cutting-edge Islamic banking products.
