We are excited to announce that Shinhan Life Insurance Vietnam (SHLV), a life insurance subsidiary of Shinhan Financial Group, Korea has gone live with its website and Azentio’s end-to-end bilingual digital solution in just three months. The web portal is developed with bilingual capabilities so that information about the company, its products, services as well as other content, including press releases and career opportunities are available in both English and Vietnamese.
The firm had a set target to kick-start its Vietnamese operations by mid-January 2022. As an emerging company in a new market, it was crucial to establish its presence within a short time span.
The project involved developing the Website, Online Sales Platform, Content Management System and B2B, B2C Portal for Shinhan Life Insurance in Vietnam. The website is developed with bilingual capabilities so that information about the company, its products, services as well as other featured content, such as press releases and career opportunities are available in two languages; both English and Vietnamese.
The online web portal is easily accessible and generates quotes for life insurance products. The portal is integrated with a third-party core system through API services.
EXPECTED CLIENT BENEFITS
The digital front-end is an interactive insurance solution to help Shinhan Life optimize its cost and enhance its sales capabilities. It will help Shinhan Life streamline its business processes and enhance customer experience with quicker response time and on-the-spot access to data. The website’s bilingual capabilities will improve user experience, mainly visitors who speak the local language.
The Content Management System, planned in subsequent releases, will act as a centralized system and will help the client easily modify content and images, upload documents and videos, customize emails and SMS templates on the Website, Online Sales Platform, B2B and on the B2C Portals.
