The goal of Learning & Development is to align our employees’ goals and performance with that of Azentio by identifying skill gaps among team members, and then develop and deliver trainings to bridge those gaps in learning.

A powerful L&D strategy improves employee retention. In fact, 93% of employees say they will stay longer at a company when that company invests in their career development. Employee retention is absolutely a key HR objective, but there are many other benefits that L&D provides that directly impact a company’s bottom line. Companies that spend at least $1,500 per employee annually report earning 24% more profit than those with smaller L&D budgets. Likewise, at Azentio we allocate $1,000 to $2,000 for each training per employee annually.

  • Evaluate organizational as well as individual employee development needs

  • Manage and procure L&D technologies to facilitate learning and management of learning initiatives

  • Champion and market training programs to get managerial buy-in as well as employee commitment.
