Job Title: Senior Manager - InfoSec and Compliance

Role Summary:
Manage product security and compliance teams, maintain overall org-wide risk register, review product security designs, ensure products pass minimum security thresholds, present security dashboards to senior leadership teams periodically.

What skills required?
Application Security Architecture
•Review applications are designed with zero trust model.
•SIEM dashboard setup (for e.g. Wazuh) to monitor all the products.
•Review threat modeling for the products
•Review layers of security for the applications.
Monitoring
•Set thresholds, incident response playbooks: breach response, data leakage.
•Work with legal and executive leadership to respond back in case of breaches.
•Periodic DR drills, backup and restore checks.
Tools, Budget and Training
•Upgrade, evaluate budgets for new tools
•Plan for periodic training, assessments, certifications (objectives)
Work closely with product development teams and identity security champion in every team
Enterprise Security Control
•Define password policies
•Identity and Access Management
•Conditional Access Policies
•Integration with SaaS Applications (SSO)
Governance, Risk and Compliance
•SOC 2, TYPE I, II compliance, ISO 27001, KSA SAMA compliance, etc.
•Conduct periodic security evaluation of all the applications hosted in cloud and rate them with a scores.
•Security risk management and maintain risk register with owners (risk, threat source, impact, rating, actions, resolution date, status).
•Initiate 3rd party audits, PEN testing on key products
•Conduct security assessment of every product – jfrog, Sonarqube, BB
•Create security policies, standards, and procedures – for product development lifecycle and cloud infrastructure.
•Define SLAs, severity for JIRAs for every product.
Executive board & reporting
•Present security posture, risks and roadmap to CEO/board.
•Product security scores, current threats, risk exposure, budget requirements, compliance progress.
