Job Title: Lead Engineer- PLSQL

Years of Experience: 8-10 years

Location: Chennai

 

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Developer with 8 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team in Chennai, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle DB, Weblogic, and Oracle D2k forms & Reports, and will possess the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

 

What will you do?

  • Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications using Oracle DB, Weblogic, and Oracle D2k forms & Reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers to enhance their skills and performance.

  • Deliver high-quality software solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Achieve project milestones and deadlines consistently.
  • Maintain high performance and reliability of applications.

What skills required?

  • Proven experience with Oracle DB, Weblogic, and Oracle D2k forms & Reports.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Demonstrated responsibility and flexibility in handling diverse tasks.
