Job Title: Software Engineer- ASP.NET

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 2 to 3 yrs


What will you do?

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance modules within the MFundPlus application built on ASP.NET Web forms, C#.net and jQuery to support our clients
  • Write efficient server-side code, consuming Oracle stored procedures and packages.
  • Debug and resolve production and UAT issues related to performance, logic, or integration.
  • Integrate front-end components using JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.
  • Work with IIS configurations for deployment, logging, and performance monitoring.
  • Coordinate with the QA and support teams for issue analysis and defect resolution.
  • Participate in code reviews, version control (Bitbucket), and release activities.
  • Optimize SQL queries and stored procedure calls to improve performance.
  • Maintain coding standards, documentation, and adherence to security guidelines.


What skills required?

  • Strong hands-on experience in .NET Framework 4.5 and above version (C#, ASP.NET Web Forms / MVC).
  • Proficiency in Oracle Database, PL/SQL, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, Kendo UI (if used).
  • Experience with IIS configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with SOAP / REST API integration.
  • Understanding of threading, connection pooling, and application performance optimization.
  • Experience using Bitbucket / Git for version control.
  • Exposure to SSP tool or similar customer support systems is a plus.


Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the team.
  • Effective communication with cross-functional teams (DBA, QA, Support).
  • Proactive in identifying issues and suggesting system improvements.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with migration from .NET Framework to .NET 8 (future roadmap).
  • Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 authentication and encryption mechanisms.
  • Understanding of disaster recovery setups and server failover configurations.
