Job Title: Senior Sales Director – ERP Solutions
Location: Dubai
Reporting To: President ERP
Experience: 12–18 years in enterprise software sales (ERP focus)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Senior Sales Director to lead our ERP solutions sales efforts across the [APAC/MENA/India] region. This is a senior leadership role, responsible for driving new business acquisition, deepening client relationships, and achieving ambitious revenue targets across the ERP suite of solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle for ERP solutions including opportunity identification, qualification, proposal development, deal closure, and handover to delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, understanding their business needs and positioning Azentio’s ERP solutions as the preferred choice.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Pre-Sales, Marketing, Product, and Delivery to craft compelling solutions and proposals.
- Develop and execute a territory/account strategy aligned with the company’s revenue goals.
- Identify and nurture opportunities through direct engagement, partnerships, events, and referrals.
- Provide accurate forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates to senior leadership.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting the ERP landscape.
- Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to capability-building across the function.
Key Requirements:
- 12+ years of enterprise sales experience with a strong focus on ERP products (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or similar).
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in complex B2B environments.
- Strong understanding of ERP modules including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and HR.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Willingness to travel as required across regions.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
· Experience selling into regulated industries such as BFSI, Manufacturing, or Public Sector.
· Prior exposure to SaaS or cloud ERP platforms.
· Existing CxO network across the region.
· MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
