Job Title: Enterprise Sales Director

Years of Experience: 10 -15 years

Location: Riyadh, KSA

 

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Director – Enterprise Sales to join our team in Riyadh, KSA, with a strong hunter mindset and focus on acquiring and expanding large enterprise and strategic accounts across the region.

The ideal candidate will bring 5–10 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, consistently driving new logo acquisition, complex deal closures, and sustainable revenue growth. This role requires deep expertise in consultative selling, executive-level engagement, and building long-term enterprise partnerships.


What will you do?

  • Own and drive new enterprise customer acquisition across assigned territories and strategic verticals.
  • Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies and go-to-market plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and close large, complex, multi-year enterprise deals.
  • Build and manage C-level and senior stakeholder relationships within enterprise organizations.
  • Lead the full sales lifecycle — from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales, product, marketing, and delivery teams to craft compelling enterprise solutions.
  • Forecast pipeline accurately and maintain a strong enterprise sales funnel.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
  • Negotiate pricing, commercials, and contractual terms to maximize deal value and profitability.
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing enterprise customers post-acquisition.
  • Mentor and enable sales teams by sharing best practices in enterprise selling and deal execution.
  • Represent the company at industry events, partner meetings, and executive forums to strengthen market presence.


What skills required?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, preferably in technology, SaaS, or enterprise solutions.
  • Proven track record of new logo acquisition and closing high-value enterprise deals.
  • Strong hunter mindset with experience selling into large and complex organizations.
  • Exceptional ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles.
  • Excellent pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience selling in the KSA / GCC enterprise market is a strong advantage.
