Amit Jain

Amit leads the delivery and support functions across Azentio’s banking, insurance and ERP business units as the Chief Customer Officer. He is responsible for driving best practices to create an agile, world class delivery organization that delivers the power of our products to create significant value for our clients.

Amit brings over 22 years’ experience in professional services in product organisations. Amit joins us from SAP, where he worked in a variety of roles over a 12-year period. Most recently, Amit led Services Delivery for the Enterprise and Mid-market segments in India and neighbouring countries. Prior to that, he steered the re-design of the global delivery model for SAP in Canada – driving transformation from a 100% ‘at customer site’ model to a fit-for-purpose combination of onsite, near-shore and remote delivery models. His earlier experience includes several leadership positions in program management, global delivery and strategic accounts management at prominent companies including Wipro, HP & Incture Technologies. Amit has lived in 6 countries and worked with a broad spectrum of businesses – large multinationals to smaller local enterprises, delivering to clients in over 40 geographies.

Amit is an Engineering Graduate from BITS Pilani and holds a Master’s in Business Administration from XIM, Bhubaneshwar.
